The City of Moody had a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting at the new Splash Pad on May 21, 2015. All City Employees and their families were invited to take part in the festivities. The weather was brisk, but the kids did not seem to mind one bit. The new staff of local teens were on hand utilizing the event as a training opportunity.
